This individual will participate in design, development, testing, and support of CRM applications and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities.

This role defines system governance, ensures adherence to programming best practices, addresses

production issues in a timely manner, and writes system documentation. This individual needs to work as part of a collaborative team,

communicate well, provide mentorship to junior staff, and be interested in continuous growth, learning and improvement.

Job Description

Under minimal supervision, works in a complex environment on multiple projects and initiatives with competing timelines to drive delivery of solutions that bring value to the business.

Gathers and analyzes requirements; designs, develops, tests, and maintains high-quality business solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, such as business logic, integration modules, workflows, plug-ins, web applications, APIs, and Unified

Service Desk (USD).

Manages and supports development and testing of software releases and upgrades. Provides ongoing direction and support of the Dynamics 365 platform, and USD including architecture, development, best practices, efficient design, etc.

Creates and maintains documentation for platform governance, architecture, and coding standards.

Promotes technical solutions from development to production environments following established processes.

Participates in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, retrospectives, program increment

planning, etc.

Performs peer reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Works closely with business and IT stakeholders to facilitate requirements and design of technical solutions; communicates status and technical issues. Integrates activities with other IT teams for successful implementation of solutions.

Develops and trains other developers and system administrators.

Identifies and researches new capabilities and functionality and new solutions for the business stakeholders. Promotes existing and new platform capabilities to increase the level of awareness of value across the company.

Builds prototypes, performs demos and promotes the platform capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related academic field, or an

equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

3+ years' experience in software and application development with knowledge of .Net framework, C#, JavaScript, and SQL

Server.

3+ years' experience developing, testing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 product solutions, including

Microsoft Dynamics Cloud product.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures and core concepts and the ability to communicate those

concepts; ability to balance native features and the appropriate use of custom development.

Experience developing custom workflows; creating plug-ins; migrating/integrating data via SSIS, web services (SOAP/REST)

and APIs; and customizing entities, forms, attributes, views, and reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, data analysis, SSRS, building database queries and stored procedures, and

database optimization techniques.

Experience setting up and configuring Microsoft Dynamics with Office 365.

Solid understanding of development processes and the full software development lifecycle, and strong knowledge of Agile

methodologies.

Demonstrated process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective

business solutions.

Experience generating and documenting requirements and/or user stories and documenting work/code with process workflows,

architecture diagrams, and design documents.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of marketing and contact center technologies.

Experience with Kingsway Soft SSIS integration.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.

Experience with Azure, Common Data Services, Power BI, Power Apps, Flow and other components of the Power Platform.

Microsoft Certifications (MCSE/MCSD/MCITP/MCPD)

Education: Bachelors Degree
