We are currently seeking a strategic and driven National Sales Director Non-OEM to lead our sales efforts and expand our market presence.

Job Summary As the National Sales Director Non-OEM, you will be instrumental in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market reach within the Powersports, RV, Motorcycle, Harley Davidson, and Independent Used Car sectors. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with regional dealers and key stakeholders, achieving ambitious sales targets, and steering strategic initiatives that cater to the unique demands of the market. You will play a crucial role in promoting our suite of products designed to boost sales and operational efficiency at dealerships nationwide. This position reports directly to the International VP of Sales and Marketing.

Experience Proven sales success – show us what you’ve accomplished Tech savvy and marketing savvy – it’s what we do here, after all 3 years’ minimum working in the automotive industry on the vendor side with specific experience working with, or selling to, dealers and dealer groups respectively, a definite asset

Skills Proven retail experience in the Powersports industry, or significant experience as a vendor in this sector. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel as required by the role. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Expectations Serve as a product and demo expert, fully versed in the features and benefits of our extensive suite of products. Develop and execute strategies to build out a robust sales pipeline and maintain an extensive book of business. Engage in proactive networking to identify and target new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Product Management (PM) team to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Partial travel to various headquarters across the nation, especially during the initial phase, to establish and strengthen client relationships.

Location Dallas, Texas/Remote- 50% travel requirement for prospecting and client visits.
