The Position:

The Senior Product Coordinator - Product Owner position provides individuals an opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment while developing well-rounded competencies in ISN's propriety applications and technologies.

Who should apply? Facilitate the change management process for updates to ISNetworld and Empower applications and environments. Identify areas of opportunity for ISNetworld and Empower assigned products that align with ISN's business strategy and allow for future advancement and expansion of usage Prioritize requests and improvement opportunities and communicate across the company Assist Software Engineering team in breaking down work for Sprints, developing project milestones and ensuring roadmap and priority timelines are met Liaise with Business Analysts to develop User Acceptance Criteria for User Stories Manage the ISNetworld and Empower backlog in Azure DevOps throughout the development cycle, adjusting priorities based on reprioritization or changing business goals. Create and maintain product (Wiki) documentation and process flowcharts/diagrams of Product business rules, history, intentions, and realized return on investment Proactively analyze and bring forth ideas for continual improvement Participate in Usability Group Meetings, Round Tables, and customer workshops Job Location:

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area. Your role on the Products team will have the option to work remotely with at least one in-person engagement required quarterly. You will have a ~4-week in-person training focusing on ISNetworld functionality followed by PO-specific training virtually. During this time, certain days may be deemed ok for remote learning as directed by the Training Team and Management. Please Note: ISN does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position (such as H-1B visa sponsorship in the United States).
