This candidate is to report to the Global HR Director. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions not limiting to Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisitions, Learning & Development and Payroll Processes.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • all Payroll and Human Resources functions and act as liaison between employees and management
  • the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • organization staffs by establish a recruiting, interviewing program, counseling manager on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • new hire orientation program and coordination
  • processing per company standards
  • all aspects of payroll related tasks such as payroll garnishments, PTO, off-cycle payroll runs, 401k reconciliation, FSA reconciliation, benefit program reconciliation
  • updated employee information in HRIS system
  • administration (implementing new plan year roll outs, managing qualifying event data, COBRA administration, etc)
  • I-9 compliance
  • Comp administration (and audit reporting)
  • to all governmental agencies regarding inquiries of employee data (EDD, IRS, FTB etc)
  • all termination documentation is in compliance as required by labor laws and governing laws
  • and counsel managers with disciplinary actions
  • performance evaluation schedules to ensure all employees are reviewed in a timely manner
  • company meeting and events.
  • Manage a variety of other clerical tasks and assist on special projects as needed
  • Skills:
  • to read and interpret written and verbal work instructions
  • knowledge of Federal and Local/State labor laws
  • / Termination best practices and legal requirements
  • Administration
  • Management
  • of industry wage trends and structure
  • compliance knowledge
  • literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • on experience onboarding/offboarding using an HRIS system
  • with ATS software
  • organizational skills
  • communication skills
  • to adapt and handle a changing work environment while completing essential job duties and functions
  • to interact professionally with all levels of employees
  • resourceful, and detailed-oriented, dead line driven

Qualifications:

5-8 years HR Generalist experience

Proficient with Microsoft office, and various computer software programs.

Experience with Paycom and Epicor would be ideal, but will train

Strong Knowledge of the HR and Payroll practices
