Senior human resources generalist

We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in Human Resources to join our team in a temporary capacity as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The person in this role must be familiar with federal and California state employment laws and regulations, have excellent written and verbal communication, and be able to work well independently and with a team. The ideal candidate is able to multitask in a fast paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and follow through. bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus. salary: $28 - $38 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Support implementation of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives
- Provide coaching, direction, and counsel to the site business leadership team, as well as all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent, and resolve a wide area of HR issues
- Program management in areas including employee performance, annual compensation review, manager and employee development, and succession planning
- Provide individual and group training on a variety of HR tools, policies, and procedures, management training and topics as required
- Partnering with hiring managers to support the full cycle of the recruiting process
- Answer and assist field offices with general HR questions and requests
- Assist with time card collection and ad hoc HR reports
- Other administrative duties as required
