MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: Create and implement internal messaging around Company Mission, Vision, Values, & Culture. Form and execute employee engagement strategies and activities. Manage two contracted persons – a Technical Writer, and Graphic Design Internal Communications

Draft and/or review company internal and external communique, e.g., company updates, policy changes,

welcome messages, holiday messages, etc.) Intranet and document repository development, and record keeping

External

Communications/Marketing

Social Media management Website management

Company Branding

Manage the company brand adherence and design Marketing materials (business cards, signage, kiosks, IDs, promotional materials) Apparel (design & ordering)

Documentation

Create and manage company Standards Of Practice (SOPs), Standards of Work Instruction (SWIs), Policies and Forms in coordination with HR, corporate departments, and project sites. Manage the creation of training manuals with a graphic designer, corporate departments and project sites (animated, eLearning, YouTube video, PDF/hardcopy)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Arts or Communication. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the communication field. Technical writing experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized. Superior interpersonal skills. Detail oriented. Strong people skills. Computer literacy.
