Job Summary: The C# / .NET Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C# and .NET technologies, along with strong leadership, communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the delivery of projects on time and within scope, while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Perform code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure best practices are followed
  • Developing APIs/Microservices
  • Deploying On-Prem or to GCP
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps processes, Gitlab, GitHub
  • Experience developing with CoPilots is a plus
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve the development process.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
  • Prior Experience with one or more areas such as Digital Apps for Financial Institutions, Commercial Banking solutions, Loan/Lending Systems will be a plus
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other .NET frameworks.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (preferred).
  • Experience with database design and development using ORACLE Server or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
