Business Development Representative

The Mirak Automotive Group is looking to add a motivated Business Development Representative to our dynamic service team Mirak Automotive Group has been family owned and operated in Arlington, Massachusetts since 1936. The three core brands we sell and service are Chevrolet, Genesis and Hyundai vehicles. Job Responsibilities:
- Timely responses to customer inquiries
- Coordinating appointments, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
- Work in our call center staffed and managed by the Dealership, and handle our customer contacts, service, follow-up, and lead generation.
- Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer internet inquires for sales and service.
- Schedule sales / service appointments and reschedule no show customers.
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments.
- Follow up in a manner which results in the customer visiting the dealership.
- No previous sales experience necessary
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficient computer skills (software & internet proficiency)
- Superb organizational skills
