(front desk receptionist) : · Warmly greet customers in person and via phone (route and answer calls) Ensure the office is inviting and clean exhibiting a professional image · Set up new orders in the software system · Serve customers: route or process earnest monies, contracts, receipts, title orders, return recorded documents · Various clerical duties · Excellent grammar and communication skills · Prior front desk office experience, 2 years required · Detail orientated · Exceptional customer focus and service · Ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with co-workers · Ability to take initiative and give consistent and energetic effort
