Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Broadway National and our new innovative SaaS-enabled service to achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, providing end-to-end performance analysis and campaign reporting. Plan and execute sales, advertising, and lead generation campaigns using marketing technology stacks that you select and manage. Develop performance driven SEO/SEM strategy plans with measurable results. Identify and engage with external marketing firms to collaboratively create and implement campaigns, strategies, etc. as needed. Determine the most-effective media format for each assignment. Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. Manage and allocate marketing budget with input from CEO to meet short and long-term strategic objectives. Lead and collaborate with the Sales team to establish beneficial pricing strategies. Understand the product, business objectives, and the competitive landscape Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of previous experience in technical, enterprise sales, and/or marketing management Experience in managing website design and content development Stellar written and oral communication skills Knowledge of enterprise cyber products and application security Proficient in all analytics and market testing processes and techniques Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once Medical, Dental and Vision 401 (k) Retirement savings plan (company match) Paid vacation, sick/personal time and floating holidays Paid Holidays Why Broadway?
