Accountabilities: As a Consumer Marketing Director, you will lead the creation of critical commercial US marketing deliverables including positioning, core creative materials and messaging, patient journey mapping, market research, segmentation, patient activation and patient support strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional commercial and project teams, as well as senior leaders and collaboration partners. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, lead others, problem solve, influence without authority and collaborate in both scientific and commercial contexts will be key to your success. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (Business focus preferred)

Minimum of 7+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience

Minimum of 5+ years of recent consumer marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry

Consumer Marketing Analytical & Measurement Capabilities

Proven experience in driving Direct-to-Consumer creative campaigns and media strategies

Proven experience in digital, direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns

Excellent presentation skills and leadership presence

Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams & partners

Desirable Skills/Experience: MBA

Media experience including TV and media strategic planning as a brand consumer lead
