Pay Rate:
  • $79,040 / year W/ $750 monthly car allowance

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
  • Act as the liaison on behalf of the Project Manager with the client, customers, and employees.
  • Provides management oversight and drives operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes.
  • Provides training and mentorship to employees.
  • Provides oversight of contractual security operations for a major industrial production and manufacturing facility.
General Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
  • Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
  • Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
  • Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account
  • Respond quickly to critical situations
  • Ability to read and write detailed reports
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • Support the CSIS managers responsible for their area of responsibility by:
    • Responding to the designated locations to verify placement, inventory, or function of Security devices.
    • Liaise with security integrators to ensure function, inventory , installation.
    • Replacement of security equipment
    • Conduct incident or robbery response to incidents that occur at branches.
    • Liaise with branch staff and office & Ops facility management to understand and report to CSIS security managers any security concerns.
    • Assist security managers with preparation of security reports / incident report. Etc.
    • Report security activities in CSIS Case management system - GSMS
    • Assist security managers with fire drills, security testing and incident management as direct by CSIS manager
General Qualifications to work as an Assistant Project Manager at GardaWorld include:
  • Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, i.e., GED
  • Minimum 2 years progressive progressive management experience
  • Pass an extensive screening process
