LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a leading provider of publishing solutions to hire an IT Service Management Engineer. This person will be responsible for administering, troubleshooting, automating and optimizing Jira, Confluence and Opsgenie. This full time direct hire position requires a 3 day onsite presence in La Vergne, TN.

IT Service Management Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie) on Linux servers
  • Manages ITSM tools, including configuration, user access, workflows, plugins, upgrades and patching
  • Develops automation scripts using PowerShell, JavaScript, Bash, etc.
  • Monitors system health, performance and capacity, proactively resolving issues

IT Service Management Engineer Requirements:
  • Extensive experience engineering and managing Jira, Confluence and Opsgenie
  • Proficient in Linux server administration
  • Preferred experience with the O365 suite, particularly administering Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong ability to interface with business units, understanding and assessing the impact of system change requests on the overall environment
  • 5+ years of technical experience
