RPA Business Analyst

This is a growing area where they are trying to automate processes. The person will ideally have a great personality as goals will be to build relationships within the business team including looking after business unit, be liaison between business and development team. A lot of this role will include building the relationship with customer. Sitting with agents, learning process, building workflow documents, assisting and understanding what needs to happen. Regression testing/understanding testing to help QA testers. Understanding metrics for individual automations.
