Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support data collection and analysis for strategic market segments, assist in the execution of marketing plans, and maintain up-to-date marketing content. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity in content creation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Marketing Associate will also coordinate marketing events, contact vendors, and manage administrative logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts and support the promotion of our thermal products.

Job Description:
  • Support data collection and analysis for strategic market segments, including current and potential customers, and competitors.
  • Present research results and recommendations to upper management to aid decision-making.
  • Assist in executing marketing plans for current and new thermal products and develop marketing programs to promote products.
  • Maintain and update marketing content to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility for existing and potential customers.
  • Create content using various technology platforms and tools.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events such as trade shows, customer surveys, and new B2B customer marketing programs.
  • Contact vendors to prepare for marketing events and manage administrative logistics of event planning, booking, and promotions.
  • Prepare promotional materials to showcase products and arrange schedules for attendees.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up and evaluation.
  • Support trade shows by developing status reports on planning, scheduling, cancellation, inquiries, resourcing, risk mitigation, and proposal development.
  • Organize logistics and materials for meetings, arrange spaces, and take detailed notes for dissemination to key stakeholders.
  • Fulfill contractual obligations for trade show coordination.

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
