The role involves overseeing the construction and renovation of infrastructure to support expanding production demands, managing projects up to $12 million, and leading project teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple capital projects, establish project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Serve as the owner’s representative from concept through commissioning and completion. Lead project teams, apply engineering knowledge, and ensure high-quality construction. Develop project concepts, obtain stakeholder approvals, and prepare funding requests. Coordinate construction activities, minimize impact on production, and ensure safety compliance. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and KPIs throughout all phases. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction-related engineering or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. 4-7 years of relevant engineering experience.
