FSC Learning & Development Manager – Consultant (6 months)
Your role at Sephora:
As our FSC Learning & Development Manager – Consultant, you will support the delivery and activation of learning and development initiatives for Sephora’s Field Support Center (FSC). Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development, this role works collaboratively with the Talent Development team on department operations and efforts that promote capability-building programming and fosters a learning culture.
Your responsibilities for Learning & Development Manager – Consultant (6 months)
Provide program management of existing learning strategies and programs; make recommendations to maximize engagement and completion of programming
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and other evaluation methods, create reporting, and seek ways to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Organize, maintain, and create visibility to training content and materials, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and consistency
Coordinate with learning and coaching vendors, evaluate partnerships and content effectiveness and source new vendors as needed.
Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor led courses
Coordinate with cross-functional business partners and manage content and scheduling for CliftonStrength team sessions
Create project timelines for L&D instructional design projects, as needed
We would love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or related experience in program management for training initiatives / learning experiences for diverse audiences
Advanced knowledge and expertise with learning and development & evaluation methodologies
Familiarity with eLearning platforms and practices
A passion for facilitation and experience facilitating a variety of content for virtual and in-person courses
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Skills with using instructional design tools to enable the creation of engaging visuals
Exceptional client focus and communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to collaborate and influence key business partners
Strong prioritization and problem resolution skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
Experience and passion for delivering results through technology applications, project management teamwork and excellent communication
Strong personal leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all levels
Ability to manage competing priorities, work on simultaneous projects and flex and adjust in a fast-paced, fluid environment
A high level attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using data analytics to identify insights and problem-solve

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
The target hourly pay for this position is $80.00 - $85.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
