Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development, this role works collaboratively with the Talent Development team on department operations and efforts that promote capability-building programming and fosters a learning culture. Your responsibilities for Learning & Development Manager – Consultant (6 months) Provide program management of existing learning strategies and programs; make recommendations to maximize engagement and completion of programming Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and other evaluation methods, create reporting, and seek ways to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Organize, maintain, and create visibility to training content and materials, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and consistency Coordinate with learning and coaching vendors, evaluate partnerships and content effectiveness and source new vendors as needed.
