The ideal candidate will have previous experience scheduling service or installation calls, the ability to multi-task, and is customer service oriented.Responsibilities include answering a high volume of calls both inbound & outbound, schedule all service and install appointments, implement problem resolution over the phone with customers, coordinate and monitor technicians' schedules. This individual must maintain a high level of professionalism with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.QualificationsJob Duties:Schedule technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs in an effective mannerFollow the guidelines of the organization including policies and procedures for dispatchingInventory and pulling necessary parts for the service or installation callsRelay work orders, messages, or information to or from staff, supervisors, or field inspectorsConfer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipmentRequirements:Previous scheduling experience helpfulIntermediate to advanced computer skills and typing abilityProficient in MS OfficeAbility to multi-task and effective problem resolution skillsHigh level of professionalismExcellent communications skills both verbal and writtenPunctual with good attendanceAbility to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights of usually 5-30 poundsBenefits: We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
