Patient Registration RepHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Patient Registration Rep to fill an opening in Latrobe, PA. Daily Responsibilities for Patient Registration Rep: Obtain patient demographic information and update system Collect signatures on required forms Calculate and collect payments Schedules patient appointments utilizing scheduling software tools Provides testing instructions to assure smooth services Secures authorization and referral if applicable Greets the customer in a polite and professional manner whether face-to-face or on the phone Monday through Friday 6am-6pm and Saturday 6am-4:30pm. 40 hours per week - 5x8 hour shiftsRequired Qualifications for Patient Registration Rep: HS Diploma/GED 1+ years customer service experience OR 1+ years healthcare experience Comfortable working in hospital / medical facility Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressurePreferred Qualifications for Patient Registration Rep: Previous patient registration rep experience Benefits for Patient Registration Rep: Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Access to Investment Accounts Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) ProgramPay Details: $18.12 - $18.12 an hourInterested in being considered?If you are interested in applying to this position, please click Apply Now for immediate consideration.
