Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate transportation operations, including deliveries, getting people to work or to doctors appointments.- Analyze transportation data and trends to identify proper routes to take during heavy traffic conditions.- Collaborate with dispatch and other drivers to ensure timeliness of rides and deliveries to optimize transportation routes and schedules- Monitor changes in rides resolve any issues or delays that may arise- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including tracking information, invoices, and documentation- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements Qualifications:- knowledge of GPS technology or related field preferred- Proven experience in transportation management, logistics, or a related field- Strong knowledge of the area you are working in or the ability to learn as you go- Proficiency in a POS (Point of Sale) or other credit card payment devices As a Transportation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our transportation operations to ensure the efficient movement of people and goods.
