Position Overview The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the management of medicated and non?medicated items. The role ensures compliance with all regulations, accurate record?keeping, and efficient inventory flow across the supply chain. Responsibilities Follow policies and procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations. Move finished good materials from production during lab testing and after labeling. Re?pack and verify finished goods for retail or wholesale, documenting the process in seed?to?sale systems. Stock, pick, stage, and manifest finished goods and biomass to forward pick locations (FIFO), maintaining data entry within Excel and seed?to?sale systems. Maintain inventory tracking systems, including the METRC point?of?sale record?keeping system to receive, track, and adjust inventory. Assist in order verifications and maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas. Perform daily reconciliation of point?of?sale items and investigate variances. Assist with annual inventory and financial audits, month?to?month audits, and weekly cycle counts as required by regulations. Support additional distribution duties as assigned. Inventory & Production Department Specific Duties Execute final quality control for all finished goods, confirming product accuracy, expiration dates, COA, and weigh boxes. Manufecture and prepare lab samples from cultivation and production teams, ensuring digital quality control. Assist with wholesale inbound and outbound product processes, verifying package information and tracking orders. Qualifications Age 21 or over. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Government?Issued Photo ID. Ability to work in a fast?paced, changing environment. Strong analytical and communication skills. Accurate record?keeping and proficiency with Windows?based software and internet navigation. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Preferred Skills Goal focused with ability to identify problems quickly. Comfort with security protocols, including video monitoring and employee tracking. Shift Requirements Part?time: up to 30?hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30?AM to 4:00?PM; partial days on Tuesday and Thursday (per diem). Physical Requirements Lifting up to 50?pounds regularly without assistance. Performing tasks such as lifting, standing, and squatting. Wearing personal protective gear during parts of the day.
