Our agency is looking for a strategic, creative and forward-thinkingmanager to come on board and lead communications for our most importantaudience: our amazing 3,100+ employees As our next Manager of Employee(Internal) Communications, you\'ll lead a coordinated employeecommunication and engagement program aimed at reaching, informing andengaging a diverse staff across Oregon\'s largest transit agency.You\'ll work to promote employee awareness and safety, and improvemorale and productivity by engaging employees in topics of greatestimportance to them, the agency, and our community. Join us The Managerof Employee Communications leads a coordinated employeecommunication/engagement program. They work to promote employeeawareness, safety, and improve morale and productivity by engagingemployees in topics of greatest importance to them, the agency, and thecommunity. This position will oversee all of our employee communicationswith a focus on reaching a diverse staff throughout a large agencythrough effective engagement strategies and creative/innovativeopportunities. Additionally, The Manager of Employee Communications willoversee and improve the effectiveness of the agency\'s communicationschannels and intranet (TriNET). Additional responsibilities includehelping to support staff across the agency\'s divisions by providingcommunications expertise to those who manage and/or coordinateemployees. The manager identifies and addresses communicationopportunities for internal stakeholders. This position requires aminimum of three (3) days in-person per week. Ensure a commitment tosafety through consistent and professional behaviors in performance ofjob requirements that demonstrate safety is a fundamental value thatguides all aspects of our work. Perform related duties as required.Serve as a good steward by regularly utilizing our transit system tomaintain a strong and current understanding of customers\' experiencesand of our product and service offerings.
