  • Maintain accurate history and status of issues in the ConnectWise ticketing system. Set your team up for success by managing tickets and performing follow up with internal/external organizations regarding client-related issues.
  • Successfully deploy various technologies from multiple vendors including but not limited to: RMM tools, VMware ESX/ESXi 6.x, Enterprise Cloud Backup Solutions, Zerto, and Network Infrastructure Services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Possess a results-driven mindset while maintaining professionalism under high pressure, serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues. This role will have KPIs and success metrics like other positions within Meriplex. The successful candidate will want to not only achieve those KPIs but exceed them.
  • Potentially partner with leadership to rework SOPs for new updates and change controls to ensure we provide a unified response.


Let's work together to succeed together A minimum of 5 years of experience with the following technical applications is a good start:

  • Windows 7 (and up) - must be able to install, configure, and maintain
  • Microsoft Server OS - all versions - advance to expert knowledge
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Office 365 - multiple applications
  • Microsoft Exchange Server - all versions
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Hyper-V / VMware experience


Networking platforms:

  • Setting up firewalls, configuring rules, and site-to-site VPNs
  • IP addressing, subnet masks, and VLANs
  • DHCP, DNS, NAT


About 3 years of experience in the following areas will set you up to speed through your interview process in this role:

  • Data Center, Help Desk, or Technical Support Experience; we value candidates that have mid-enterprise or internal IT support experience at larger organizations
  • Familiarity with Structured Cabling and Network Wiring
  • Demonstrated experience with Cisco Routers, switches, and peripherals
  • Understanding of DNS


Work Schedule/Travel -Standard Meriplex business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however, shifts for this role can be schedule between the hours of 7 AM - 7PM local time. Travel may include up to 50-75% to the regional Meriplex locations and travel will be reimbursed.
