Overview: The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring industrial machinery and all other plant equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Responsibilities: Supervise plant facilities and technical maintenance hourly crews Responsible for planning maintenance projects including preventative maintenance Manage the maintenance budget Oversee the inventory/parts management of the facility’s storeroom Utilize systems to track maintenance key performance measures Requirements: 4-year Engineering Degree or a 2-year degree with relevant experience Must have experience in a manufacturing environment Previous supervisory experience required Previous electro-mechanical experience required Lean experience with Six Sigma preferred Firm understanding of continuous improvement and root cause analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
