Duties and responsibilities of a Resourcer: Managing Recruitment Campaigns:

Oversee the recruitment process for industrial warehouse staff from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and clients alike. Candidate Registration:

Handle candidate registrations, including document checking to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Interviewing Candidates:

Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles. Support to Account Manager:

Assist the Account Manager by maintaining a ready pool of available labour to meet client needs at all times. Resourcer requirements: Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
