Summary/Objective SCI Engineering, Inc., a multi-discipline engineering firm with offices in Missouri, Illinois and Texas, is searching for a Marketing Manager to work out of our St Charles Missouri office. With approximately 160 employees, the firm offers services in various market sectors including Transportation, Federal, Residential, Health Care and Energy. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management personnel to design and assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP/RFQs and other marketing materials. Essential Functions Manage the activities of the Marketing Department with ultimate responsibility for tasks assigned and completed. Manage all details of the prequalification, RFP/RFQ process and workflow in a timely and accurate fashion. Compile SF330 and other materials for federal submittals. Write and edit RFP/RFQ responses for accuracy. Determine priorities of responses when receiving multiple RFP's. Provide technical guidance to other team members on RFP/RFQ procedures. Maintain a library of RFP/RFQ documentation and update as needed. Develop and maintain accurate, current database(s) of industry contacts for mailings. Plan marketing and branding objectives. Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Oversee and manage company social media image and communication. Attend various meetings as requested. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or discipline. A/E/C background preferred. Three to five years of related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with RFP/RFQs and responses to federal submittals is preferred. Advanced proficiency using Deltek Vision and InDesign programs. SCI Engineering is an EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled Employer.
