Overview: As the Associate Director of IT Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing, implementing and optimizing our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span across various domains including Microsoft 365 and Entra, cybersecurity, cloud, and networking. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems and services. Key Responsibilities: **Microsoft 365 Administration:** Manage and administer all aspects of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other associated applications. Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 configurations, policies, and security settings to meet business needs while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Monitor system health, performance, and usage, implementing optimizations and improvements as necessary. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and services, minimizing downtime and disruptions. Stay updated with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices, evaluating and implementing new capabilities to enhance productivity and efficiency. **Entra Administration:** Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Entra, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align Entra configurations with business requirements. Implement Entra security measures and protocols to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. **Cybersecurity:** Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect our IT infrastructure, data, and systems from cyber threats. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks. Deploy and manage security solutions such as endpoint protection and vulnerability management tools. Monitor security logs and alerts, investigate security incidents, and coordinate incident response activities. Provide cybersecurity awareness training and education to employees to foster a culture of security awareness and compliance. **Networking:** Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and implement optimizations to enhance network efficiency and performance. Troubleshoot network issues and outages, implementing solutions and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Stay informed about emerging networking technologies and best practices, evaluating and recommending new solutions to enhance our network infrastructure. **AWS Experience (Preferred):** Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus. Familiarity with AWS services and best practices for cloud infrastructure management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in IT operations management, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration, Entra, cybersecurity, and networking. Expertise in administering Microsoft 365 applications, Entra, and implementing cybersecurity measures. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking principles, and cybersecurity best practices. Experience leading IT projects from conception to completion, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL certifications, or AWS certifications are a plus.
