Building Materials Inside Sales

Our client’s company is a distinguished leader in the waterproof building materials industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They are currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join their dedicated team.
This pivotal role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and expertise. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of a tight-knit team of 6, contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence and reliability in the waterproofing sector.
Inside Sales Job Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage accounts effectively, keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Undertake administrative tasks and housekeeping duties to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in the warehouse as needed, including picking and packing orders.
Drive a forklift to support warehouse operations (experience not required).
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the waterproofing or building materials sector.
Strong understanding and knowledge of waterproofing products and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to warehouse support.
Forklift driving experience is an advantage but not essential.
