Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Specialist is to support our products, customers and work sites with product issues and new product launching, Serves as a resource for technical information pertaining to our products, processing, certification, and performance.

·Serves as a technical champion/liaison between our customers, sales and manufacturing.

·Technical review of new customer specification requirements.

·Provide technical support to the Sales and Business Development teams, serving as the main point of contact.

·Generate reports summarizing activities and develop an individual action plan to improve the process and quality of products.

·Assists in providing solutions as well as determining root causes of formulation failure and material key properties changes in formulation of emulsion, cutback and PMAC.

·Leads and supports others in reviews, edits and reports complex findings in professional reports to key decision makers and external customers.

·Perform duties in compliance with regulatory requirements and assists with patent application.

·Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services and escalate to internal team members when needed.

·Manage customer expectations and serve as a liaison between the client and internal departments.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues.

·Help to create and maintain knowledge-based articles related to technical issues.

·Remain current with company product updates and new features and industry specific skills.

·Analyzing issues to identify like/similar field issues for common solutions.

·Leads new product development or uses, including participating in development and implementation with internal departments and external customers.
