Primary Responsibility :Provides complex analysis, evaluation, review and recommendations to the HR team and various business leaders to align compensation programs with business objectives.What You'll Do :o

Act as lead analyst on a variety of projects in compensation program design, analysis, modeling and implementation of new programs.o

Administer compensation programs and procedures including job analysis and evaluation, market pricing, maintain salary grade/step progression infrastructures, annual merit cycle, FLSA and various incentive planso

Provides equity administration support and analysis to include all long-term incentive plans as well as Employee Stock Purchase Programo

Conduct complex compensation research and analysis for projects that are focused on executive compensation, long-term incentive plans, and incentive/variable pay programs, with little supervision and/or guidanceo

Work with a team to lead the design and administration of compensation plans and programs that are competitive in the labor market and align individual and team performance with overall company values and goalso

Prepare compensation analyses and presentations for the Board, Senior Management, Business Leaders and HR partnerso

Assist with communication and change management related to the administration/creation/revision of compensation programso

Develop and document all procedures related to compensation programs and ensures compliance with regulatory requirementso

Participate in and maintain compensation surveys and tools; conduct research and provide benchmarking on pay and programs for market competitivenesso

Build collaborative relationship with HRIS systems team to ensure consistency and accuracy with compensation programs and data in the HRIS system; ensures system meets compensation needs for salary grades, step progressions, Collective Bargaining Agreement wage scales, short-term Incentives and any other programso

Educate managers and HR partners on compensation strategy, policies and practiceso

Support internal business leaders and HR team with by researching and responding to compensation related issueso

Serve as key point of contact for employee inquiries and external program vendorso

Other projects and duties as requiredWhat Experience and Education You Need :o

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional-level experience, is requiredo

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in progressive compensation experience, including at least two (2) years' experience in compensation plan design and equity administration, is requiredo

Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives is requiredo

HRIS system experience is preferredo

Current CCP certification or substantial progress toward CCP certification is preferredWhat Could Set You Apart :o
