TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst- Variable Pay in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for planning, designing, modeling, accruing and calculating incentive plans and other elements within Total Rewards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS:
  • Calculate or assist in the calculation of assigned bonus plan payouts using the compensation module in the HRIS system.
  • Partner with compensation, finance and HR to ensure timeliness and accuracy of bonus payments.
  • Create predictive modeling of assigned bonus plans to align with company and business objectives.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting to ensure timely and accurate accruals of the bonus plans. Partner with US/Germany finance groups to ensure that accruals are in line with foreign parent company financials.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies in accruals with all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for severance bonus calculations.
  • Prepare employee data for departmental annual budget, working closely with finance team to ensure accurate data.
  • Assist in preparing training materials about bonus and merit process, system end user, and any other material as needed.
  • Prepare mid-year performance analysis of operations bonus plans.
  • Preserves confidentiality of employee compensation data
EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business related field
  • 5+ years' experience in compensation administration
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Possess high emotional intelligence and excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapid business and organizational changes
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS system preferred
