As an Accountant, you will play a key role in various financial activities, contributing to the success of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities.
Overview Of The Accountant Role
Maintains financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
Prepares journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assists with monthly close processes
Contributes to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
Accountant maintains documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Meets processing and reporting deadlines.
Accountant responds to information requests, reviews financial statements, and assists with audits.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Accountant assists the accounting manager as needed.
Preferred Qualifications For Accountant Role
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of GAAP.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
