Responsibilities:

Your Role:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, helping to coordinate a range of exciting initiatives.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

Marketing Requests Handling:

You'll be the go-to person for coordinating marketing requests from both internal teams and external partners. •

Agency Coordination:

You'll act as the bridge between our company and external marketing agencies, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of marketing strategies. •

Asset Management:

You'll be responsible for document management of our digital and print marketing assets, ensuring they're organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. •

Web Management:

You'll play a key role in keeping our website content fresh by making simple changes to the website at the direction of the CEO and marketing agency. •

Promotional Assets Coordination:

From sales decks to social media graphics, you'll design simple promotional materials using Canva and/or PicMonkey. (Adobe Creative Suite knowledge would be a huge asset but isn’t required.) •

Campaign Support:

You'll assist the team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Qualifications:

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone with a blend of skills and qualifications, including: •

Experience

: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and basic knowledge of SEO principles. •

Creativity

: Proficiency in tools like Canva and/or PicMonkey, with a willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite. •

Organization

: Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. •

Communication

: Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. •

Ambition

: A desire to grow and develop within our company, taking advantage of the opportunities for professional development that we offer. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
