Position Summary

Assists with orders for marketing products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate various marketing fulfillment duties and orders.
  • In-depth understanding of multiple marketing technical platforms.
  • Assist marketing customers with their daily needs and requests.
  • Responsible for assisting with printing, packing, and shipping marketing orders as needed.
  • Teaching customers how to use marketing technical platforms.
  • Work closely with graphic design team for order fulfillment.
  • Working in Adobe platform to complete minor graphic design projects.
  • Maintain excellent customer service for our external and internal customers.
  • Maintain various projects and orders at once, multi-tasking and adaptive to change is a must.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
  • Graphic Design Software a plus (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Broad knowledge and experience in marketing communications, creative and innovative graphic design skills and experience. CFPB Mortgage advertising and marketing regulations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills. Strong organizational skills.
  • Manage multiple projects; marketing communications portfolio.
  • Broad understanding of residential mortgage loans, and familiarity with loan products.
  • Office environment; Daily computer usage requires close vision.
  • Project or program oriented pace. Some travel may be required.
  • In order to succeed in this position creativity, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities amidst a fast changing environment.
Compensation

Hourly: $20-25/hour (range dependent on experience)
