**Current Need:**

Our Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Material Handler associate to join our team. ?This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, yet high-paced and professional work environment. We currently have the following shift available to add to our team:

**Schedule:**

Monday-Friday 5:00 am 2:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

* Process, package and store supplies, materials, and equipment

* Audits goods received into warehouse

* Oversee Shipments of Materials

* Prepare and Coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials

* May have the ability to mentor less-experienced peers and assist supervisors ( about 15 employees)

**Minimal Requirements:**

* High School diploma or equivalent degree

* 2+ years' distribution experience

* Basic understanding of Microsoft application

* Must have the ability to lead and motivate and train a team (15 employees)

* Required/ willing to learn reach truck, walkie rider and reach truck

* Strong reading, addition and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation

**Critical Requirements:**

* Thorough knowledge of Material Handling/ Inventory issues

* Work experience in a face-paced, distribution or warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred, picking/packing, sorting, loading/unloading, scanning, or various other warehouse functions

**Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

* Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop for long periods of time

* Working with RF scanning equipment
