Job Summary The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordination with MP Biomedicals global facilities for inter-company order processing and shipment planning. This role works with the international shipping team and the customer service group to fulfill orders from other MP Biomedicals sites. Responsibilities Coordinate inter-company orders including stocking orders, drop shipment orders and orders with special requirements such as hazardous, temperature controlled, and USDA. Order entry, order management, order review, and order coordination. Monitoring inventory availability and allocation of stock to customer orders. Inter-company customer inquiry ownership regarding product/lot questions and delivery status. Internal collaboration for inter-company order fulfillment with: Inter-company purchasing staff Inter-company logistics staff Supply chain, warehouse, and shipping team Operations team Quality Control Product Management team Internal & external report generation and related analysis. Proactively monitors, evaluates, and presents solutions to potential challenges. Responsible for achieving departmental KPI’s. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications International order coordination required Shipment planning experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing and distribution company Passionate about customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office expertise, especially Excel & Outlook Highly organized & detail oriented Ability to analyze data and problem solving skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to make calculated business decisions quickly Able to work independently Ability to create, manage, and present action plans In Addition to Very Competitive Wages, MP Biomedicals offers a comprehensive list
