Customer Service Representative for an Appliance Service Company (Woodland Hills)

Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour or more depending on experience.

MyApplianceService.com is one of the largest independent appliance repair companies in Los Angeles County. We provide in home service for all makes and models of major appliances. We have a busy office and room for growth for individuals that can dedicate the time and commit to excellent service. 

We are looking for motivated internet savvy individuals with previous Customer Service Experience that are willing to accommodate the customers and the company needs in order to increase our reputation with our existing customer. 

Your resume must reflect previous customer experience. 

Experience with the Appliance Service industry is a major plus but not necessary. Perfect phone and communication skills are a must

Knowledge of Los Angeles county and or surrounding areas is helpful.

Your duties will include : 

Prompt communication between customer needs and management.

Computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office 

Have your own transportation, be reliable and a quick learner.
