Merchandise back stock.Develop and adhere to a call schedule.Presents all new products to your stores as soon as New Product Announcements and/or samples are available to gain space. Knows selling points and features of all products.Secure displays or secondary locations for new items or items on promotion.Investigates and resolves customer problems immediately.Maintain Store plan-o-grams and schematics to maximize sales.Assigns sales order delivery dates in accordance with the warehouse delivery schedule.Communicates with Sales manager and Director of Retail sales on any issues.Knowledgeable of the competition's products and space.
