Work Schedule:

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in loans lifecycle management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience with project management and process improvement.
Experience in loan fulfillment (document preparation, booking, etc.) preferred.
Knowledge of commercial lending and insurance principles preferred.
Experience with bank systems (CreditToolkit, CreditCenter, LoanIQ) preferred.
Description:
Provide dedicated servicing support to Floor Plan dealer clients.
Process record changes, obtain approvals, and ensure timely and accurate onboarding of Floorplan vehicle loans.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technology solutions, develop user stories, and translate requirements to technology partners.
Oversee project execution, develop training materials, and create process documentation.
Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
Pay Details:
$46.18 per hour
