Provide dedicated servicing support to Floor Plan dealer clients. Process record changes, obtain approvals, and ensure timely and accurate onboarding of Floorplan vehicle loans. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technology solutions, develop user stories, and translate requirements to technology partners. Oversee project execution, develop training materials, and create process documentation. Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients. Pay Details:
