What you need to succeed:

For a Class 1 Helper:

Five years of relevant industrial experience at a journeyman mechanics level, or

Two-year technical degree in mechanical technology, or four years relevant technical military experience

Exceptional communication skills and the ability and willingness to work shift work.

For a Class A Journeyman:

Ten years of relevant industrial experience at a journeyman mechanics or electrician/instrumentation level - or

Five years of relevant industrial or military experience and a two-year technical degree

Exceptional communication skills and the ability and willingness to work shift work.
