Assist patient(S) in collecting payments for services rendered and ensuring that the patient is aware of their financial responsibility. Responsibility to include coverage as required in the PBX/Communications Department. To follow regulatory agency requirements-to include Title 22, EMTALA, and HIPAA guidelines.Education/Experience: High school graduate or job-related work experience equivalent.
