ZL Technologies is seeking an Accountant to assist with daily accounting duties. Please note this is an onsite position in Milpitas, CA.

Responsibilities

Verify and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card Manage daily accounting and accounting tasks for business Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Prepaid/Accrual for general ledger functions Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing Analyze financial information and summarize financial status Assign and review tasks to the accounting team and staffs Coordinate and work closely with foreign subsidiaries for month-end closing Understanding of intercompany transactions Support for external audit experience will be a plus Understanding of federal, state and local tax regulations and related filing requirements will be beneficial Ensure compliance with GAAP principles will be beneficial

Requirements

Proven track record as an accountant, minimum 5+ years working experience Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures Excellent organizing abilities Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills Good knowledge of accounting software, Sage Intacct is preferred BSc/Ba in accounting, finance, or relevant field
