PeopleShare is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer This direct hire role is with a leading manufacturer of gear and transmission technology. The ideal candidate would posses manufacturing experience with strong technical writing skills, CAD drawing experience, strong statistics knowledge and software development experience. Manufacturing Engineer Job Details: Schedule: M-F, 6:55am-3:05 pmPay Rate:$60k-$90k based on experienceManufacturing Engineer Job Description: Specifies/develops concepts, design hardware and systems, coordinates purchasing/construction, implementation, testing and verification of manufacturing processes, process improvements and/or new technologiesSpecifies and performs maintenance activities for processesAdheres to company automation standardsCan be either mechanical or electrical and uses CAD/programming systems to develop designsWorks with Customers and Suppliers as needed to support APQP, Production, Delivery, Cost and/or Quality issuesResponsible for identifying and developing improvements to the processes in support of the company goalsPerforms related engineering duties as assignedManufacturing Engineer Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent work experience preferredManufacturing experience and technical writing skills CAD drawing experienceSoftware development experience in industrial automation controlAbility to work in metric and inch and familiar with required measuring equipmentThorough statistics knowledgeBenefits: Health Insurance Benefits Package401k with Company MatchingDental InsuranceVision InsuranceBonus PotentialHSA Company ContributionsCompany paid short term disabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
