The corporate recruiter will consistently portray the corporate culture of McKibbon Hospitality and only present those candidates who will be success in this environment. Responsibilities: * Source candidates in a professional and consistent way through networking, interviews, reference checks, and on-line research. * Direct social media and digital strategy through various channels including-LinkedIn, In-deed, Career Builder, JobTarget and our Careers Site. * Champion an outstanding recruitment experience for candidates by continuously earning trust and establishing strong long-term relationships * Discuss career advancement options with high-potential employees * Create/update job descriptions * Develop and implement reference check procedures to capture potential new candidates for current and future openings * Property visits as needed to maintain an open relationship and accessibility with all team members to better communicate their long-term career goals with McKibbon * Ensure job postings are accurate and in a consistent format * Post all salary positions and monitor workflow * Conduct active recruiting and phone screening of all corporate level and manager level hotel positions * Communicate proper use of the Paylocity Recruiting portal to hiring managers in the field * Assist with recruiting all positions for new hotels by posting positions and monitoring the progress of moving candidates through the workflow. * Attend new hotel update calls to provide recruiting updates. * Travel to new hotels as needed for job fairs * Send offer letters for salary level positions * Send "Welcome to McKibbon" letter following signed offer letter to include benefits and onboarding procedures * Provide new hires access to Paylocity recruiting portal
