Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner – Florida Region Department: Human Resources

Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a vital advocate for company employees, supporting programs and policies pertaining to the employee experience, such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and culture building. The HRBP works with the operational leadership team to continue to develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans and best practices for the human resources function, ensuring the plans and practices are consistent with overall company goals and objectives, and in accordance with governing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities Enhance the human resources function as a business partner with an entrepreneurial mindset and culture champion throughout company. Support multiple offices and branch locations in the Greater Atlanta region. Support the execution of the human capital development plan for the organization which will include organization development, talent acquisition and recruiting efforts, improvement of current benefit and employee programs. Partner with VP of Human Resources on consolidation efforts of policies, programs, and practices including employee relations, compensation, training and development, recognition programs and performance management. Ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Identify teams’ training and development needs and put in place programs to address those needs. Support and partner on the H2B Program through initial application process, recruitment, onboarding and overall compliance of the program. As needed to operations sites in the Atlanta area to be effective in role; travel to corporate office in Raleigh, NC may be needed from time to time.

Experience supporting teams both in-person and remote. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-moving and fluid environment. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
