The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling and attending client meetings, managing client account information, and opening new accounts. Additionally, the Client Manager proactively resolves client inquiries and complaints, ensures compliance with regulations, and prepares performance, financial, and tax reports. The role also involves contributing to financial planning, building client relationships, assessing financial needs and risk profiles, providing market updates, and staying abreast of the latest regulations. Depending on the project, there may be management and supervisory responsibilities over junior staff, such as administrative assistants and Client Services Specialists.
