**PA Support Center - Director of Food & Beverage**
Pittsburgh, PA, USA Req #1642 Wednesday, April 14, 2021 Parques Reuindos is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage (F&B) to provide direction, guidance and operational support for all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations across all 20+ parks in the United States and Australia. This individual will be responsible for driving quality control, cost, per-capita revenue increases and service across all parks and segments. This individual will play an active role in menu development, compliance of food and beverage specifications, and adherence to the required Palace Entertainment University Training Program for all park employees .
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
* Assist with development of and execute annual business plan across F&B by directly overseeing the daily operations and supporting all park-level F&B teams
* Understand business goals and needs in order to manage key KPIs including F&B Per-Capita Park Revenue and Cost of Sales; lead weekly operational reviews with all F&B Managers / Directors
* Train F&B Managers /Directors in the completion of the Weekly F&B Reports and understanding the monthly Profit and Loss statement and variance to budget reporting
* Oversee the yearly Menu review of all parks and research of new food items and concepts to implement in all Parks
* Coordinate Food Ideations with Vendors to Select, Taste and Test new food items for the approval of the Vice President of F&B
* Verify accuracy of the Weekly F&B Reports sent to the corporate office and supervise compliance of the National Food and Beverage Contracted items
* Lead the F&B Sponsorship Allocation Program for all Parks
* Oversee the Food Safety Inspections conducted by the local Health Department Agency and the secondary Food Audit Company (UL/ Everclean) of all parks and obtaining Remediation Plan as necessary
* Oversee quality and cost control for both food and beverage
**Education:** College Degree and/or equivalent work experience
**Languages:** Fluent English

**Experience:** 10 + yearsof experience in the restaurant, amusement or hospitality industry. Theme Park, Water Park, Catering Food and Beverage operations experience is highly desirable
**Other:** Ability to effectively interact with people of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds
**Internal:** Corporate staff and location Food and Beverage Management teams.
**External:** A wide array of vendors, suppliers and brokers
