Opdrachtomschrijving De kandidaat zal functioneren als een hands-on Azure Architect binnen het Cloud-Center of Excellence, welke primair uit Azure specialisten bestaat met de focus op Sovereign Cloud (SC) en specifiek in het domein van Microsoft Security.Overkoepelende prestatiedoelstelling: kandidaat is met zijn collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van het NCSC op het gebied van deze hybride cloud en kennis bieden bij de verdere inrichting van het Cloud-Center of Excellence. De belangrijkste werkzaamheden omvatten: Meedraaien binnen een Agile infra ontwikkelteam op basis van scrum en bewaken van de DevOps principes. Dagelijkse ontwerp, ontwikkel en administratie werkzaamheden rondom platform, integratie en te nemen beveiligingsmaatregelen op basis van detail ontwerpen. Zogenaamde derdelijns werkzaamheden in samenwerking met afnemende teams, waaronder reviewen, beschrijven en doorvoeren van wijzigingen, oplossen van bugs en afhandelingen van incidenten. Samenwerken met EdgeDC Center of Excellence, waarbij werkzaamheden in sommige gevallen plaatsvinden op de on-premise infrastructuur. Incidenteel kan werken buiten kantoortijden op basis van stand-by vereist zijn. NCSC blijft een crisisorganisatie. In geval van een opschaling of crisis kunnen alle medewerkers gevraagd worden om overige voorkomende werkzaamheden binnen hun bereik op te pakken. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Administratie en ontwikkeling binnen de hybride cloud. Werken onder DevOps principes en gebruikmakend van ondersteunende tools en technieken. Derdelijns ondersteuning aan de afnemende teams, in bijzonder collega’s binnen ITB. Zorgdragen voor juiste kwaliteitsborging op het gebied van security en beschikbaarheid. Achtergrond opdracht In 2022 is NCSC een traject gestart om een schaalbare hybride cloud/multi-cloud te realiseren. Januari 2024 jl. is de eerste geleverde cloud dienst een feit. Dankzij deze oplevering, zijn er diverse implementatietrajecten gestart, welke gebruik gaan maken van het nieuwe Sovereign Cloud platform. Belangrijk traject is de verdere ontwikkeling en ondersteuning van het NIS2 programma. Juist om deze reden is tijdelijk inhuur nodig, welke kan helpen met de ontwikkel en opbouwfase, maar zeker ook de ondersteuning van de verschillende teams met hun reis naar de hybride cloud opzet.Hierdoor is tijdelijke inhuur nodig om realisatie te faciliteren en continuïteit te garanderen voor oplevering. De kandiaat heeft minimaal WO werk- en denk niveau De kandidaat heeft minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring binnen vertrouwelijke overheidsorganisaties De kandidaat heeft minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring met Azure Cloud De kandidaat heeft minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met Azure Cloud for Sovereignty De kandidaat heeft minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met Bicep en/of PowerShell De kandidaat heeft minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met consultancy en coaching binnen overheidsomgevingen De kandidaat heeft minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met werken onder Security Control Framework (SCF) De kandidaat heeft minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met het inrichten van Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) Functie wensen De kandidaat heeft (x) jaren werkervaring met ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van Azure Cloud omgeving op basis van Azure Cloud for Sovereignty (SLZ) De kandidaat heeft (x) jaren werkervaring met implementatie van Azure Confidential Computing VMs of AKS Node Pools. De kandidaat heeft (x) jaren werkervaring met ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van security maatregelen op basis van Microsoft Cyber Security tools, zoals Defender suite, Sentinel, Entra en Azure Policy. Kandidaat is in het bezit van certificeringen op het gebied van Azure en Kubernetes Ervaring met DevOps tools, zoals Bicep, Terraform, GitLab en Hashicorp Vault.
