Necessary Technical Proficiency
•Experience managing databases using DB2 on Linux (RHEL).

•Skills for performance tuning: keeping an eye on and enhancing database performance.
•Proven ability to code and explain intricate SQL queries.
•Backup and Recovery: Putting backup and recovery plans into practice and testing them.
•Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
•Comprehensive tool knowledge and comprehension (DB2PD, DB2TOP, etc.).
•Experience writing Shell scripts for Unix/Linux systems.

Optimal Technical Capabilities
•Experience as a database administrator using PostgreSQL and Db2 on z/OS.
•Preserve the Erwin data model.
•The capacity to pick up new technology.
