As we continue to expand our operations in Alabama, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

Job Description:

As the Marketing Director at MortgageBanc, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting our loan officers in Alabama. You will collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan events, execute customer acquisition and retention strategies, and maintain our CRM system. Your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth.

- Maintaining and working in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.

- Coordinating all website development and analysis to improve and track web traffic.

- Collecting information and maintaining our database for targeted marketing efforts.

- Generating reports for whale accounts to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Developing marketing strategies tailored to the needs of our loan officers and branches in Alabama.

- Creating print materials for loan officers based on their requests.

- Assisting in onboarding new loan officers as needed.

- Ordering various marketing materials frequently to support our marketing initiatives.

- Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Fluent in marketing tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc.

- Familiarity with sales funnels and lead generation strategies.

- Available to work 5 days a week in the office from 8am to 5pm.
